IPM provides an approachable door team ensuring each customer entering a venue does so with a warm greeting, and those turned away are handled respectfully. Whilst our main objective is to provide security we also take pride in our door staffs ability to be polite and helpful to customers. IPM's policy is to represent the establishment in a proficient manner which in turn will help maintain our client’s customer satisfaction. Our staff will ensure a safe and friendly atmosphere ensuring the entry code set by our individual client is enforced.

Our management team will consult with unit managers to make sure all their requirements are being fulfilled and they are receiving a complete and satisfactory security package.

IPM only provide staff who are:

- Punctual

- Uniformed

- Experienced

- SIA licensed and approved

- Professionally trained in conflict management

- Registered and trained to SITO and BIIAB standards (National Certificate for Door Supervisors Licensed Premises)

All IPM staff are trained and licensed with the SIA in accordance with the PSIA2001.
